¼ cup water
1/3 cup canola oil
½ onion, diced
1 small lime, juiced
1 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons distilled vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 minced garlic cloves
Pinch of ginger powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon corn-starch (optional) to thicken sauce if preferred
