About this Indica Strain
Kandahar is an indica cannabis strain that derives its name from its origins, located in south Afghanistan. Its harvest-ready buds are small and dense, a forest green in color, and covered with vivid orange pistils and a thick layer of trichomes. Kandahar emits a sweet tropical and nutty scent and has a taste reminiscent of apricots and mangoes with piney undertones.
The parent strains of Kandahar are a cross between the two indicas Afghani and a phenotype of Afghan Skunk. It first blossomed under the care of the Ministry of Cannabis.
THC levels average between 18%-20%. Its high is known to be entirely relaxing for the body and places the mind at ease. Be wary as it will induce a couch-lock, making this strain best consumed at night since it can cause sleepiness as the high winds down. However, while the mind is at ease, it will fall into a state of introspection. Some have stated this strain is good to consume before watching movies with family /friends.
Besides your normal dry mouth and eyes, Kandahar may cause bouts of dizziness when higher doses have been consumed.
