Team Hytiva® takes home 3rd place in San Felipe Baja Mexico

Team Hytiva's^® Wes Miller is happy to take home 3rd Place in San Felipe, Mexico. San Felipe has a reputation for being rough, with deep bumps, capable of incapacitating cars. Sometimes, half the battle is just getting the car across the finish line in one piece.

"From the start of the race, I knew the car was running hot. We burned about twice as much fuel as we normally do. It was frustrating having to be careful on the straightaways and not push the car too fast. We were in first place with only about 10 miles left when we blew a belt. I'm just happy Team Hytiva placed 3rd, getting us the points we needed to stay in contention for winning this season."

The next race will be back in Ensenada Mexico June 9-13. After that, Wes and Team Hytiva will be back in the states for the Best in the Desert Race, "Vegas to Reno" held August 11-15.
