Sobre esta variedade de Indica

The incredibly popular indica strain named Afghani first blossomed in Afghanistan within the Hindu Kush Mountains, making it a landrace strain. It bears a sweet, earthen aroma with hints of skunk and lemon while its taste can be a bit harsh, and may cause some consumers to cough if not careful. Despite this, Afghani’s effects are sought after by many, and its genetics have been used to create a large number of offspring, including the award-winning Blueberry and Northern Lights strains.

Consumers have reported feeling lethargic or sleepy after consuming this strain as strong relaxation spread from their head to their toes. While it failed to keep their mind focused, they experienced a contented spaciness that allowed their stress to dissipate. Some users have said they've successfully used Afghani in helping treat such things as insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety or symptoms of PTSD. THC levels often average in the low 20’s and CBD percentages remain below 1%.

You might recognize the buds of Afghani as they’re typically a pale to medium green, with contrasting burnt orange pistils and a thick coating of trichomes that lighten its tones and give it teal hues.
